About NeuroFit
Move Better. Feel Stronger. Live Resilient.
NeuroFit takes a whole-body approach to movement, combining functional training with brain-body connection to help people move with greater strength, mobility, balance and confidence.
Using Functional Patterns methodology, NeuroFit looks beyond isolated exercises to focus on how your body moves in real life. Training can incorporate functional movement, postural alignment, breath control, balance, coordination and neuromuscular conditioning — all tailored to the individual in front of us.
Training for Real Life
The way you move during a workout should support the way you move everywhere else.
NeuroFit focuses on natural, whole-body movement patterns and the relationships between posture, mobility, strength and coordination. Training is designed to identify areas that may be limiting efficient movement and build stronger, more resilient movement patterns over time.
Whether you’re navigating an old injury, experiencing ongoing discomfort, looking to improve athletic performance, or simply want to feel stronger and more capable in everyday life, your training starts with where you are now.
Where the Brain Meets the Body
Movement isn’t only about muscles. Your brain and nervous system play an important role in balance, coordination, reaction time, focus and how your body responds to its environment.
That’s why NeuroFit can incorporate balance exercises, cognitive challenges, breathwork and brain-body integration alongside physical training. By challenging the mind and body together, sessions can support coordination, body awareness and confidence in movement.
What Can We Work On?
Depending on your needs and goals, NeuroFit training may focus on:
-
Functional strength and mobility
-
Posture and gait
-
Balance, stability and coordination
-
Movement following injury
-
Chronic discomfort and movement limitations
-
Athletic movement and performance
-
Breath control and nervous system regulation
-
Brain-body connection and cognitive challenges
Every person moves differently, which means there isn’t one NeuroFit workout that everyone follows. Training is adapted to your body, abilities and goals.
Ways to Train
Initial Assessment
Your starting point at NeuroFit. An initial assessment gives your trainer an opportunity to learn about your movement, history, current challenges and goals before determining the best approach to your training.
Personal NeuroFit Training
One-on-one training tailored specifically to you, with individualized attention to your movement patterns, strength, mobility, balance and goals.
Semi-Private Group Sessions
A smaller training environment that combines personalized guidance with the energy and support of training alongside others.
Small Group Sessions
Functional, whole-body training in a supportive group setting, incorporating NeuroFit’s approach to movement, strength, balance and brain-body connection.
Start Where You Are
You don’t need to already be strong, flexible, coordinated or “fit” to begin.
NeuroFit is about understanding how you move today and helping you build from there — so you can move better, feel stronger and approach everyday life with greater confidence and resilience.
